HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR FOR A CHARITY WITH THE GREEN CO-OP

The first step is for potential sponsors to express their interest in supporting a charity that is partnered with the Green Co-Op. This can be done by reaching out to us directly through our website or via phone or email.

After expressing interest, sponsors will be provided with more information about the charities we work with, the impact of their donations, and the various sponsorship opportunities available. This could involve choosing a specific charity to sponsor, supporting a range of charities, or sponsoring particular programs within the Green Co-Op's network of partners.

Depending on their level of support, sponsors can choose from various sponsorship packages. These could include; Financial Donations, Energy Bill/Solar Panel Contributions, & Event/Programme Sponsorship

Once a potential sponsor decides on the type of sponsorship, they will receive a sponsorship agreement that outlines the terms of the partnership. This agreement will cover key details such as the sponsorship amount, the duration of the sponsorship, and the impact the sponsorship will have on the charity.

After reviewing the terms, the sponsor signs the agreement to formalize their commitment to the charity. This contract solidifies their role in supporting the cause and outlines the benefits they will receive, such as brand exposure, recognition on the charity’s website or materials, and other opportunities.

Once the agreement is signed, the sponsor's contributions will begin to support the charity. Depending on the type of sponsorship, the charity will immediately benefit from the sponsor’s support.
